Chief Financial Officer - Power/Energy

Looking for a CFO for a large corporate having extensive experience in Fund Raising and strong corporate governance.

1. Fundraising

2. Handling fund raising for green field projects

3. Raising debt/equity, financial closure, liaisoning with banks

4. Reviewing loan agreements, Investments / divestments, financial analysis

5. Innovative ways of fund raising

6. Financial planning, accounts, budgeting, taxation and controls

7. Proper accounting & Balance sheet management and management of statutory, tax, internal and cost audits

8. Project financing, working capital and equipment financing, management and control

9. Cash flow management, forex and risk management, interest risk management

10. Corporate finance, capital markets, private equity and financial structuring exposure and knowledge

11. Bidding- Financial modeling, analysis of viability of projects, calculation of IRR and carrying out sensitivity analysis

12. Conducting project audits / reviews for evaluating project progress & taking adequate corrective measures if required.

13. Compiling and preparing cost and performance reports, cost benefit analysis and critical analysis of cost reports; recommending necessary corrective actions.

14. Conduct financial analysis of similar companies and / or projects for benchmarking Ratios and performance tracking.

15. Screening new projects to determine the financial viability of new ventures projecting cash flow and growth opportunities.

16. Handle Commercial matters, reviewing debtors control on regular intervals and interact with Purchase Department of the Company.
