- Cost & Revenue Analysis

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for Financial/Regulatory/Secretarial Functions.

- Establish and monitor corporate financial policies.

- Responsible for strategic business planning to facilitate fiscal discipline.

- Budgeting, Finance Planning, Handling Tax matters, Preparing annuals business plans and budgets.

- Responsible for strategic business planning to facilitate fiscal discipline.

- Analysis and monitoring of monthly, annual corporate and statutory accounts.

- Working Capital and fund management.

- All Legal compliance.

- Overall supervision of the finance and administration functions.

- Fund management (receipts, payments, cash and bank transactions, cash and fund flow etc.)

- Internal and statutory audit, quarterly and yearly balance sheet.

- Project-related financial planning, follow up with funding agencies, submission of compliance and narrative reports.

- Financial coordination among various centers of the organization in India and overseas.

- Taxation, Provident Fund, Gratuity and other statutory compliances.

- Liaison with banks and other organizations.

- General office administration.

- Closing of Accounts as per Indian GAAP.

- Coordinating with Internal and External Auditors.

- Secretarial and Legal Matters.

- MIS and other reports.

- Implementation of IS.

- Implementing Financial systems and processes across the chain.

- Developing additional Finance & Accounting Policies and Procedures for the Group.

- Developing Short-term, Medium-term & Long-term Financial Planning for the Group.

- Negotiating Short-term & Long-term finance Facilities on behalf of the Group from Banks / Financial Institution or Non Banking Companies.

- Preparation & Analysis of Consolidated Financial Statements.

- Interpreting & Analyzing Financial Reports from the Group.

- Regulating & Monitoring Working Capital Requirements of the Group.

- Preparing Management Accounting summaries & reports for the Executive Management.

- Establishing & implementing Payroll Function: for the Group.

- Advising the Executive Management & the SBUs on new Investments & Ventures.

- Ensuring Uniform Charter of Accounts for the Group.

- Responsible for Financial Integration of all modules of ERP System including Financial Business Analysis for deciding the financial closing, security checks in the systems, access to the different users for financial information through the system including access to financial reports.

- Conducting & monitoring the Periodic meetings of Executive Management for discussion / approval of Business Plans, Budgets & Financial Statement of Group Companies.

- Responsible for the filing of Annual Returns including Annual Report of the Holding and it's subsidiaries to the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.

- Drafting of resolutions for the meetings of Board of Directors / Shareholders involving joint venture agreements, lending / borrowing agreement from Banks / Financial Institution & mutual Fund agencies, take over, merger, absorption proposals and / or sale / purchase of undertaking / undertakings.

- Financial Reporting (IGAAP / UGAAP), GL Accounting & Reconciliations.

- Ensure Compliance to statutes (Excise/ST/VAT/IT & local laws).

- Budgeting & Variance analysis.

- Ensure proper management of funds through preparation of monthly & weekly cash flow forecasts.

- Ensure Optimum inventory management & commercial support to business.

- Ensure adherence to Standard Procedures & Policies of the company.

- Ensure smooth conduct of Statutory/ Internal Audits.
