Position Title : Chief Financial Officer

Function : Finance, Accounts, Tax, Compliance and Decision Support

Location : Kalmeshwar (MIDC area 18 kms from Nagpur)

Reporting : Director - Finance

Experience : 15 - 20 Years in Pharma industry preferably in a formulation segment

Qualification : CA/ MBA (Finance)

Age Range : Around 45 Years

- Key business partner and advisor to the MD/BoD/D-F in matters concerning finance.

- As a business partner to the CEO, the CFO is expected to play an important role in the decision Support system in terms of MIS and ensuring the achievement of Business targets along with Business Heads.

- Assisting the business heads in achieving the EBITDA margins would be essential. He has also to guide the CEO/ DF in terms of risk challenges to the Company, and draw out a road map to minimize the same on the operations of the Company.

- From a Compliance perspective : Compliance to statutory regulations, SEBI guidelines, etc.

- From A Custodian perspective, : Accountable for the Company's finance, accounting, tax and commercial processes and compliance Ensuring the proper implementation of systems and seeing the overall trusteeship function with respect to financial and non-financial assets.

- From a Treasury perspective : Ensuring the proper management of finances, deploying surpluses effectively and formulating a treasury policy for the Company.

Desired Qualifications :

- The candidate chief financial officer should have either a CA or master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 15+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation, preferably in Pharma industry.

- Experience in managing operations of a listed company will be preferred and should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills. Should have knowledge of working in a unit manufacturing setup with expertise in costing.
