Chief Financial Officer - Packaging/Manufacturing

- This is for a CFO mandate based in South Africa. The company is willing to sponsor VISA and other facilities such as travel, housing, Children's education + perks.

- Incumbents with prior experience in African region is most preferred.

The key responsibilities include :

- Steering accounting operations and audit for the organization while ensuring compliance with accounting standards & procedures

- Collaborating with Bankers, arranging finances, and managing funds in the system through creditor's management & proper utilization of excess funds available

- Creating Annual Budget Plan based on Sales projection and financial models to measure and evaluate the financial success of the organization

- Providing the detailed comparison of Budget v/s Actual s along with the variance & reason for the same.

- Working with Internal and Statutory Auditors for conducting periodic audits

- Filling Monthly VAT Returns as per local laws

- Managing statutory books of accounts as well as financial statements including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Accounts Payable and Receivables Statements, Cash Book, Bank Book, Journals and so on

- Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly management reports on cost and benefit analysis, productivity analysis, inventory turnover analysis and cost variance analysis

- Providing required costing, Transfer Pricing & Unit Economics as required by management on a regular basis
