Job Description : Role As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the President and assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning and controlling all financial flows of the company. This will include direct responsibility for Credit, Finance, Treasury, Budgeting and MIS, Risk Management, Investor Relations, and Compliance. Responsibility : - Work with the Board and top management on the strategic vision, goals and long term plans - Foster and cultivate effective stakeholder relationships. - Provide leadership by continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. - Provide timely and accurate reports and analysis of budgets vs actuals financial trends and advice on the financial implications of business activities. - Manage day to day operations of the credit and finance functions - Set up and manage Enterprise Risk Management system - Responsible for internal audit function by improving continuously improving the systems and processes and overseeing the implementation of the same. - Additionally responsible to oversee the Company Secretarial function. Candidate profile : - Should be a Chartered Accountant with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience managing teams across Finance &amp; Accounts, Credit / Operations &amp; Risk. Should have multi-functional experience. - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization - Should possess attention to detail, be data and process driven, and have an analytical approach to solve problems. - High level of integrity and dependability - Strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
