Chief Financial Officer - NBFC/Bank

- Based out of Coimbatore, for a lending startup.

- Looking at Minimum 8+ years- experience in a lending NBFC or a Bank.

- The incumbent should be a qualified accountant C.A.( ICAI-Chartered Accountant); or a MBA Finance.

- Strong expertise into F&A activities along with Compliance and company secretary.

- The CFO will be responsible for budgetary control and ensuring that financial authority is exercised in line with delegated authority- both for capital and revenue expenditure.

- The CFO will supervise and mentor the finance teams across the Group and endeavour to maintain morale and team work.

- The CFO will also have lateral oversight responsibility for Compliance and the Company Secretary as may be determined by the CEO and/ or the Chairman of the Company.

- The CFO will have direct oversight of the Treasury and Fund Raising ( debt and equity-raising), bank facilities, and shareholder & Investor Relationships.
