Key areas of responsibility:

- Financial Strategy and Planning

- Guide the company on capital structure decisions, financing mix, and leverage to maximise overall corporate value.

- Regulatory Compliance

- Debt and Equity Raise

- Provide strategic financial direction to various functions to meet business targets.

Key Activities:

- Prepare and drive annual Budget

- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies.

- Liaise with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions for credit limits, borrowings, and investments.

- Manage credit ratings.

- Control and manage the F & A team and accounting processes at different levels with defined roles and responsibilities.

- Ensure timely finalisation and auditing of accounts and all statutory compliance
