JOB DESCRIPTION:

Chief Financial Officer - NBFC

Location - Delhi

Minimum - 15-20 Years Of Finance Experience Of Which 10 Years In NBFC

Key Responsibility Area:

- Responsible for overall financial controls of the group including Budgeting, accounting, MIS, Compliance and Taxation.

- Control over multiple financial functions (accounting, taxation, statutory, treasury management, management information)

- Debt Restructuring/Funding - Anchor the project feasibility sign off process and continuously monitor the actual vs budgeted cost to highlight variances and work with key stakeholders to optimize profitability.

- Complete incharge of Finance & Accounts till finalization and audit sign off

- Must have handled minimum 15-20 Member team - Plan and monitor cash flows of the company.

- Ensure 100% statutory compliance including Audit, Taxation and statutory compliance.

- Proactive profit planning for the entire group and guide the management on key milestones to be achieved.

- Streamlining of process to ensure adequate financial controls and zero leakage.

- Formalize a system of MIS that can support senior management in decision making.

- Groom next level of capable young leaders in the team.

Qualification :

- CA with 15-20 years of experience with a Minimum of 8 years in NBFC/Financial services

- Excellent oral and written communication

- Maturity to work with multiple stakeholders in high growth environment and deliver results.

- Reporting to Chairman
