We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for providing financial leadership, driving financial strategy, and ensuring the overall financial health and regulatory compliance of the company.

Job Role:

- The position will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, business planning, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control and fiscal policies and procedures.

- Manage the finance function across cost optimisation, revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation and MIS.

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.

- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

- Drive the company's financial planning

- Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.

Treasury Management:

- Manage liquidity, cash flow, and capital to optimize financial performance.

- Oversee relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies, including the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other statutory requirements.

- Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
