Job Responsibilities:

- Monitoring and implementing the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the Company to ensure adherence to group accounting policies and procedures.

- Coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors and ensure compliance with various statutes and control parameters.

- Leading the budgeting and planning process and track performance against budgets, monitor cashflows.

- Responsible for contracts and procurement, MIS, Internal Audit & Risk management, Liasioning with parent.

- Provide financial and business inputs for effective decision making and lead post implementation reviews.

- Control and monitor the revenue assurance function to ensure maximization of revenue.

- Co-ordination with Tax Auditors and Tax Consultants.

- Responsible for all compliance in relation to Corporate laws, including Company Secretary.

- The activities involve assessing the fund requirement needs of the client company, structuring the transaction for fund raising, application to various banks / financial institutions for meeting the fund requirements, documentation of the loan facility, and disbursement of the funds into the client's account.

- Managing strong strategic relations with Public & Private Sector Banks.
