Chief Financial Officer - NBFC

- Finalizing Books of Accounts (Ind As) and presenting the financial statements as per Schedule III (Division II & Division III both Formats) of The Companies Act 2013

- Consolidation of Accounts as per Ind As

- Assisting, managing and supervising day-to-day Accounting operations of the Company

- Finalizing Books of Accounts (Ind As) as per Schedule III of The Companies Act 2013

- Liasioning, handling and resolving the queries of Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditors & Tax Consultants

- Preparing data for Due Diligence, SEBI LODR and debenture trustee on quarterly basis and RBI compliances and returns on monthly and quarterly basis

- Spearheading Bank reconciliations, vendor payments and inter-company reconciliation

- Coordinating with internal departments for data and information collection for closing financial books and solving queries related to MIS

- Executing TDS income reconciliation with 26AS

- Assisting in RBI Returns & Indent Preparations

- Supervising Accounts Payable and Receivable management

- Closing Books of Accounts & Scrutiny of all GL on quarterly basis

- Monitoring statutory payments and related matters including TDS, PF & GST

- Accountable for the preparation of monthly Profitability MIS, analysis with actual and Plan data and presentations for management
