- Design and/or Enhances, develops, implements and enforces policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the Company
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Providing strategic recommendations to the MD and members of the executive management team
- Establish and managing the new processes and centralize all the site units account and finance function.
- Budgeting, compliance, taxation
- MIS and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Preparation of clear budgetary planning
