ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive the companies Financial planning

- Treasury management

- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

- Control and evaluate the organizations fund raising plans and capital structure ( yearly 150 -200 crores)

- Ensure cashflow is appropriate for organisations operations

- Supervise the team

- Perform risk management by analysing the org liabilities and investments

- Prepare reliable and current forecasting reports

- Ensure compliance with the law
