Our client, a top European company in the field of manufacturing of Space and Aviation related equipment, is looking for a CFO for their Corporate Shared Services group at Delhi.

- The CFO is required to monitor and control the accounts of the 4 group companies in India, be the Reporting interface to the corporate office in Paris, be able to advise corporate decision makers about Indian accounting policies and taxation laws and positively interface between group companies and the corporate.

- Candidates should have a thorough understanding of Taxation, transfer pricing IFRS, US GAAP, as well a a deep appreciation of Indian compliances.

- We are looking for a CA + MBA (either ISB/INSEAD/IIM) with exceptional abilities, communication skills and an ability to get along with diverse groups of people be able to handle cross cultural and cross geography reporting.

- The ability to handle conflict situations diplomatically, but with an aim to solving problems is essential. A working knowledge of French would be a distinct advantage.

Experience in a Consultancy and knowledge of Shared Services Operations would be a advantage.
