Location – Pune

Salary – up to 30 lakh pa

About Client- Our client is an Indian company with annual turnover of 138 crores (2 sister companies that are to be merged in next 6-8 months)

They are global market leaders in their field and are mainly exporting to the US ( 98 % revenues are from exports). The company has plans to grow to 600 crs over next 7 years through acquisitions and market expansion.

Skills / Experience required-

1) A Chartered Accountant with 12 to 20 years of post qualification experience

2) Good experience in heading finance for a Manufacturing setup

3) Exposure to SAP will be an advantage as they are going to start implementation

4) Exposure to EXIM laws

5) CWA/ CS qualification would be an added advantage

6) Self starter and energetic person with passion for growth

Job profile

- Accounts & Audit, EXIM, MIS, Budgeting and Budgetary control functions,

- Capex monitoring, Strategic decision making, Costing, Product Pricing and Treasury/ Fund Management, Transfer Pricing,

- Introduce and Streamline process, making the group ready for the envisaged growth

- Merger of 2 companies

- Oversee SAP implementation

- Due diligence of acquisition targets
