Strategic Financial Controls and Planning Leadership:
- Drive the organization's financial planning and controls process.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.
- Effectively drive the Pricing Strategy by collaborating with other functional heads with means to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Lead external and internal audit process.
- Closely work with the international teams to lead the financial processes and book keeping
Strategic Operational Leadership:
- Participate as a strategic partner with the executive leadership team in the development of the corporation's plans and programs.
- Provide strategic analysis, support, and leadership on financing activities.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of capital forecasts, potential alliances, acquisitions, etc.
- Lead the overall financial planning and controls team and work closely with the people ops and strategy team
- Work with external partners, legal team, auditors, etc., on - as needed - strategic and operational projects re: to the finance function.
Education:
- CA / MBA
Experience:
- A minimum of thirteen years of previous applicable experience
- Experience in strong commercial organizations with complex supply chains, control, legal emotions that require a deep understanding of processes, technological impact, and, rigor
- Preferred to have some exposure to the internet and telecom industry but can make amends for the right candidate
