Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing/Smeltering Business - CA

A reputed Lead Smeltering Company is looking for CFO.

ONLY Qualified CA

- Must have experience working in Listed companies

- Preferably for Manufacturing Industry

- Should have work experience in expansion

- Work experience in M& A preferable

Responsibilities:

- Planning, implementing, managing and controlling all accounting & auditing activities of the company This will include direct responsibility for accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, asset management, compliance, handling statutory audit & internal audit etc.

- Preparation and finalization of quarterly / annual financials as per listing clause and responsible for completing audit of both internal, statutory.

- Preparation of various periodical MIS for the Company and also monitoring Internal Financial Controls of the Company

- Consolidation of financials having multiple units & subsidiaries.

- Formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.

- Supervising and ensuring correctness of statutory books of accounts, fixed asset register, Bank Reconciliation, Party Reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time/accuracy norms with help of shared services center.

- Provides financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets, forecast and advice to management.

- Monitoring of the Actual Performance with the Budget/ Forecasts. Evaluation of capex proposals, pay back, IRR etc., and advice Management.

- Six Sigma and Lean project.

- Act as bridge to the site leadership team and an important counterpart for the divisional controllers

- Credit control activities and release concept note as and when required.
