An Established and Leading Business House, Privately Owned, Professionally Managed, into Diversified Businesses, with a Group Turnover exceeding Rs 5000 Cr is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of their business verticals having multiple Manufacturing units in South India. Candidate must be a Qualified Charted Accountant, with 20+ year's post-qualification experience, with a minimum 5 years as CFO in Manufacturing industry, Food Processing, Distillery, and managed multi-location operations having an annual turnover of 1500+ crs. Position Reports to CEO. Location Hyderabad Required Functional Competencies : - Dealt with financial modeling &amp; reporting - Well versed with SAP accounting modules, viz., FICO &amp; MM - Hands on experience in fund raising activity, handling of CMA data and dealing with Bank consortium Proficient in international financial reporting standards/Indian GAAP/ IND AS - Knowledge of Secretarial Compliances as per Companies Act - Exposure to robust MIS reporting structure - Dealt with Audit Committee Members &amp; Board Members - Good rapport with FIs and banks - Preparation of budgets, its monitoring and control - Expertise in fund management &amp; evaluation of investment proposal - Hands-on knowledge in taxation - direct &amp; indirect Key Accountabilities : - Financial planning and management, Financial structuring - Preparation and responsible for preparation of annual operating plan - Fulfilling obligations under financing documents, loan documents, equity subscription documents and various other agreements pertaining to forward cover, buyers/supplier credits - Investor relation, - Statutory compliance, Ensure compliance of corporate policies, SOPs, DOA &amp; authority matrix - Efficient fund management including arrangement of working capital and term loans - Direct &amp; Indirect Tax planning, optimization &amp; compliance - Close control &amp; monitoring of actual cash flows vis-- -vis forecast - Meeting the operational payment obligations in time - O&amp;M, R&amp;M, working capital, debt servicing etc. - Review and improve internal processes/ SOPs - MIS and reporting structure - Liaison/ coordination with all lenders, corporate finance team - Evaluate financial scenarios as prevalent in the industry - CAPEX management - Ensuring the preparation &amp; presentation of Financial Statements entailing Consolidation of accounts monthly, quarterly and yearly as per prevailing Accounting Standards/ IND AS - Responsible for Statutory Audit, Stock Audit &amp; Tax Audit in accordance with timelines - Accountable for quarterly Internal Audit report and assurance of enterprise risk management &amp; mitigation - Responsible for presentation of Financial performance of the business vertical in the Audit Committee &amp; Board Meeting - Attribute to cost management, reduction and reporting drive across organization - Ensure adequate Insurance coverage at optimum premium rate &amp; accountable for timely claim settlements as applicable - Ensure safeguarding of company's fixed assets - Efficient commercial negotiation of contracts, deals and consequent evaluation of agreements and contracts Interactions : This position will need to work closely with: - CEO and Top Management for Financial Planning, - HODs, Unit Heads &amp; Unit Accounts team to get inputs on Budget preparations and other requirements of Business - Sales Team to take note of the stocks &amp; receivables - Secretarial Team and ensure compliances as per Companies Act - Lenders &amp; various other stake holders for Loans, Debt Servicing etc - Maintain cordial relationship with the Audit Committee Chairman &amp; Members and Board Members, Internal, External &amp; Statutory Auditors, Government bodies and tax authorities - Service providers/ vendors and key customers CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The ideal candidate should be an excellent leader and be able to perform effective risk management and plan organization's financial strategy along with safeguarding of its assets.
