Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing plant

A 120 Cr turn over Manufacturing plant is looking for CFO. Candidate should be from 80-120 Cr turn over plant.

Job Description:

- To help navigate the next phase of its growth, we are looking for an experienced Finance Leader to get on board and assist the leadership team to plan and execute the Organization's Financial, Accounting, and risk management strategies and protect the company's revenues and margins to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

- The successful leader will be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment banking and taxation operations.

- Ensuring compliance to all statutory requirements across all aspects of operations will be a key responsibility.

- We require a leader with proven experience as a Finance Director / CFO or similar such relevant role in medium sized corporations with excellent knowledge of accounting & financial operations, data analytics & forecasting models, Direct and Indirect tax laws and relevant experience and knowledge of overseeing the IT department of the corporation.

- A professional qualification in Finance with about 15 years of work experience with excellent leadership, communication and people skills are most desirable.
