Job Purpose:

- This leadership role is crucial for driving strategic and tactical matters related to the company's growth plans, policies and processes, statutory and regulatory compliances, ESG agenda, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

- Overall responsibility for managing/overseeing Finance, Accounts, Business plan/MIS, Direct and Indirect taxation, Customer Credit, Statutory and Regulatory Compliance, and participate in Mergers and Acquisitions /Joint venture activities, preparation of Board deck.

- Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Candidate Profile:

- CA's with 15+ years' experience in MNC Manufacturing organizations with a current turnover of at least INR 1000 crores.

- Strong Leadership skills,

- Excellent business orientation with a proven track record.

- Great business partnering in value creation and business transformation.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence leadership and manage well across the organization.

- Proven ability to work closely with PE Funds and Banks /FI

- The position is expected to be closed in the next four weeks.
