Urgent Opening for 'CFO-Chief Financial Officer" in a manufacturing company .

Location : Kolkata, India

Reporting to the Directors

- Need a qualified CA , male with 40+plus age . He should have 10 or more years of experience in an executive leadership role in any listed manufacturing company.

- He Should have experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, fund raising, International F&A exposure and banking etc. for a similar company.

1) Financial strategy formulation:

2) Complete knowledge of legal compliances, company laws along with other statutory requirements, SEBI Regulations

3) Managing banking activities including overseeing preparation of CMA and other financial data.

5) Identification of new geographies and growth avenues
