Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing Firm - CA

Experience & Qualification : Qualified CA & Minimum 10 +years of post qualification ,experience preferred from Manufacturing Industry & Listed company

Job Description :

- Preparation of company's annual budget.

- Preparation of companys annual investment budget.

- Ensuring adherence to approved annual opex and capex budget.

- Ensuring monthly closure of books of account.

- Preparation & presentation of financial statements.

- Preparation & presentation of supporting detail on financial statements and analytical reviews

- Provide continuous financial decision support and financial oversight to all HOD

- Proper management and monitoring of company cash flows. Improve the company's net profit.

- Maintain and improve the companys internal control system.

- Support and coordination of quarterly internal audits, annual external audits (statutory), perpetual and annual inventory audits and for annual fixed assets audits.

- Review of monthly financial results and adherence to the budget.

- Responsible for tax audits and tax return filings in coordination with the tax auditor.

- Responsible for timely filing of GST returns and for all other relevant statutory filings and claims.

- Ensuring the timely compliance of all statutory payments like TDS, ESI & PF.

- Handling AP, AR, B/S, P&L, Budget and MIS Report
