JOB RESPONSIBILTIES :

- Risk Management : Identifying and mitigating financial risks, such as market volatility, credit risk, and operational risk, through appropriate risk management strategies and controls.
- Strategic Planning and Decision Support : Providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making, including investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and business expansion initiatives.
- Investor Relations : Serving as a liaison between the company and investors, communicating financial performance, strategy, and key developments to shareholders and analysts.
- Tax Planning and Compliance : Developing tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Corporate Governance and Ethics : Upholding high standards of corporate governance, ethics, and integrity in financial reporting and business practices.
- Leadership and Team Management : Leading and developing a team of finance professionals, setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the finance department.
