- Provide mentorship and guidance to finance professionals.

Investor Relations:

- Cultivate relationships with investors and analysts.

- Participate in investor meetings and presentations.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

- Evaluate potential M&A opportunities.

- Lead financial due diligence and integration processes.

Treasury and Cash Management:

- Optimize cash flow and treasury functions.

- Monitor banking relationships and negotiate financing terms.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

- Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies.

- Collaborate with the executive team to drive overall business success.

Qualifications:

- Should be chartered accountant

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
