- Strong Controllership profile with proven experience to manage manufacturing operations finance. (AP, AR, Consolidation, Reporting, MIS, Reviews etc.)

- Should have handled larger company with multi-plant / multi-profit centre responsibilities

- Should have handled projects - stages of assessment, evaluation, recommendations, approvals, execution

- Should have handled Capex, Opex ,Corporate taxation , working capital controls

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to strategize and solve problems

- Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence - ability to motivate staff.

- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

- Candidates from a manufacturing and production setup will be preferred

- Solid on Compliance, Ethics, Procedures
