Position: CFO, Responsible for Finance & Accounts function of a Rs 1000+ crs manufacturing organization spread across south India. Position Reports to Managing Director Location: Hyderabad (Corporate Office) Job Description - Financial planning and management, Preparation and monitoring of business plans, budgets - Financial restructuring process, Raising of loans to the tune of Rs 1000 cr for expansion of the company operations - Fulfilling obligations under financing documents, loan documents, equity subscription documents and various other agreements pertaining to forward cover, buyers/supplier credits, insurance etc., Statutory compliance & Compliance with SOPs, DOA & financial discipline. - Treasury management, Tax planning, optimization, Control & monitor cash flows, budget, payment commitments - Review and improve internal processes, MIS, Liaison / coordination with lenders, Internal Auditor, Cost auditors & Statutory auditors closely - Forecast financial scenarios in the industry, Ensuring the preparation of P&L and balance sheet - Arrangement of working capital and short-term loans - Meeting the operational payment obligations in time - O&M, R&M, working capital, debt servicing etc. - Closing & Consolidation of accounts monthly, quarterly and yearly as per prevailing Accounting Standards - To Complete the Statutory Audit, Stock Audit & Tax Audit as per timelines - Taking care of Insurance related matters of all the assets, risk assessment & timely claim settlements if any - Identification, assessment and mitigation of financial risk Involvement - Executing IPO and stock market listing regulations & Investor relations - Negotiate with Bank consortium for financial closures and loan restructuring. - Due diligence & Evaluation of various JV's , M&A opportunities for Business Growth - Proactive interactions/ meetings with Rating Agencies during the period of low profitability to ensure the Company credit rating reviews are favorable - Projects Funding and Project execution Tracking & Controlling Stakeholder Management Internal Stakeholders - Board, MD, CEO, Top Management, - Internal Auditors - Various HODs, Unit Heads & Unit Accounts, Sales Team to take note of the stocks External Stakeholders - Banks & Financial Institutions - Statutory Auditors - Govt. Departments related to Taxes and Company affairs Education Qualifications and Skills - Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA). MBA (Finance) is added advantage - Proficient in international financial reporting standards/Indian GAAP, corporate finance & accounts, financial modelling, preparation of budgets, its monitoring and control fund management & investment, taxation - direct & indirect, SAP system - Knowledge of Secretarial Compliances (Companies Act) - Excellent analytical abilities, maintain good rapport with FIs and banks Experience - Should have overall experience of 25 yrs out of which 5+ yrs as CFO/Head F&A of a Manufacturing company with Rs. 1500+ Crs Turnover and managing working capital of around Rs 500+ cr - Familiarity in Telugu and Hindi is an added advantage Compensation Range is around Rs 70 Lakhs Company Profile: Belongs to a professionally managed diversified and leading business group having a group turnover of over Rs 5000 crores (approx.
