Position: Chief Financial Officer Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Preferably with ICMA / Company Secretary) Post Qualification Experience: Around 25 Years Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Planning :&nbsp; - To determine financial objectives, designing &amp; implementing systems, policies &amp; procedures to facilitate internal financial control. - To formulate need-based business strategies for maximizing profitability &amp; revenue generation &amp; realise organizational goals. - To institute internal control systems viz. debtors management, stock monitoring &amp; Inventory control, as well as keeping a constant vigil over overhead expenses. - Preparation of Business plans in coordination with operational teams and monitoring the Business plans by comparing with Actuals. - Preparation of Various MIS for the review and control of various business operations etc. - To initiate and implement various cost saving and cost control measures. Fund Management / Budgeting :&nbsp; - To formulate budgets and conduct variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures &amp; actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions. - To liaise and negotiate with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities to meet working capital and project requirements. - Preparation of Project feasibility Reports etc. - Managing treasury function involving optimum utilization of surplus funds in profitable investments to achieve higher returns, ensuring minimum liquidity position. Accounts / MIS :&nbsp; - To design and implement systems &amp; procedures; supervising the consolidation of group accounts and preparation of financial statements &amp; annual reports. - To establish strategic cost management systems / techniques for monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations. - To supervise the preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. fund management, credit control, profitability, etc and continuous review and gradation of MIS. - Preparation of various monthly, quarterly, half yearly and Yearly reports (Includes reports like profit forecast / cash flow forecast / inventory forecast and other performance reports). Systems Development / Implementation:&nbsp; - To manage the implementation and functioning of systems &amp; software for smooth functioning of various operations across the organisation. - To undertake business process re-engineering initiatives by studying existing processes, analyzing requirements and customizing systems for enhancing performance. Statutory Compliance / Liaison / Secretarial work : - Ensuring compliance to the government rules and regulations as laid down by statutory authorities- viz. Income Tax department, GST, PF, etc. - Liaising with statutory / internal auditors etc for timely completion of audits as well as implementation of audit observations. - Guide Company Secretary in handling company secretarial functions.
