- The CFO will be an advisor to the Top Management for evaluating and assisting them with their financial & business planning and will be responsible for overseeing all financial responsibilities for the organization.
- Drive the company's financial planning.
- Oversee the long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic plan
- Will be responsible for establishing internal financial control systems and processes - Receivables, Payables, Inventory Accounting, Cost Management, Overhead Expense Management etc.
- Interact with banks and other financial institutions decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
- Direct experience of CFO/ VP Finance, FP&A exposure, and managing compliances
- Experience of working with Big4 Auditors will be an added advantage
