Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing

1) The Incumbent will look after Finance, Accounts and treasury functions along with financial modeling for different verticals of power business; Capital raising & Investor relations for Power Business; Fund raising for the projects.

2) Fund Raising activity, Treasury Management, M&A activity with proven track records at Altrocentric Leadership Position.

Key Requirement :

1) Only Existing CFO needed

2) Need strong experience in Debt Funding and Investor Relations.

3) Qualification : CA / MBA (Finance)

4) Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience

5) Preferable Industry/Company : Manufacturing

6) Team Management (50 people)

a. Sustainable and Strategic Financial Supply Chain Management

b. Free Cash Flow Management

c. Strategic Financial Controller for the organization

d. Treasury and Funds Management including Relationship Management with Lenders

e. Accounting and Auditing - Statutory as well as Internal
