Chief Financial Officer - Manufacturing

- Develop and recommend an annual operating plan and financial budget that support the company's long term strategy

- Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and system

- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems of the company

- Oversee and monitor effective tax strategies and compliance for the company

- Coordinate the annual audit (and any special or non-recurring audit) with the company's external auditors or regulatory auditors

- Construct and monitor reliable control systems

- Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the company

- Long term Strategic Planning inline with Business Initiatives

- SOX/Regulatory compliance, Budgeting & Forecasting, MIS & Business Reporting
