- Taking the decision on Hedging of Foreign Exchange exposure and selection of Hedging instruments & structures

- Market Analysis and reporting of FOREX exposure & associated Risk

- Debt Syndication and maintaining Banking Relationship for Working Capital Finance & Term Loan

- Preparation of Annual Budget and CMA

- Monitoring utilization of fund and non-fund facilities like CC, LC, BG, Buyers Credit etc. for achieving optimum utilization

- Monitoring Banking compliances and Financial covenants as per sanction terms

- Cash Management services by implementing technology tools to remove lean from the banking operations (Accounts Payable)

- Implementation of Internal Financial Control in the organization

- Development and implementation of SoP's and policies for operating and functional areas

- Finalization of Statement of Financial Account

- Monitoring & coordinating Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Cost Audit etc.

- Coordinating with External Credit Rating Agencies for Credit Rating of Banking Limits

- Product - Market analysis to select right product mix to achieve desired and higher turnover

- Value chain analysis for expansion in downstream and investment thereon

- Working closely with Managing Director to take key strategic & financial decisions on Hedging of Foreign Exchange exposure, International business/ corporate strategy, and investment decisions

- Working on Cost Control
