Looking for a Chief Financial Officer for one of the leading Logistics company based Kolkata. - Responsible for all aspects of Financial Accounting. - Develop Procedural documentation (Finance Manual) for business reporting and statutory requirements on an ongoing basics. - Accurate and timely preparation and reporting of financial results of the Company. - Protection of the Company assets and maintenance of the same. - Finalization of and closure of Accounts- Monthly/Half yearly/Quarterly & Annual. - Clear processes in place for management of all General Ledger accounting ensuring that business needs are met - CA with a post qualification experience of minimum 12 to 15 years - Previous experience in finance and accounts functions in a logistics company will be an advantage. - Good exposure to Management Information systems, closing of P& L, Cost Control Systems.
