- Handling Accounting, Reporting, Compliance, Investment portfolio etc.

- Management of Accounts & Finance related all activities.

- Improvement of internal control systems.

- Ensuring compliances of rules of Insurance Board, Income Tax and other statutory bodies.

- Supervision of the activities of accounts & finance personnel.

- Liaison with Internal and External Auditors

- Preparation and submission of reports/analysis timely.

- Maintaining liaison with other sections/departments of the company.

- Preparation and supervision of Budget.

- Handling of fundraising assignment through issue of equity share.
