Chief Financial Officer - K-12 Schools

We are executing a leadership role of CFO with one of the leading Chain of K-12 Schools in India.

The KRA's would be-

- Responsibilities include leading the financial planning/budgets for expansion, financial control/discipline and providing strategic guidance.

- Hands on experience in Fund raising and management strategy.

- Desire Function Exposure- Business modelling, Fundraising, finance controlling.

The desirable would be-

- 10+ years' experience as Head Finance, Director Finance in retail, FMCG, hospitality or education sector.

- Proven financial leadership, strong analytical skills, CPA, CFA, or equivalent, and a Bachelor's/Master's in Finance or Accounting.

- Skillset - Financial planning, Investment strategy, M&A, Fundraising, FP&A.
