Chief Financial Officer - IT

Designation: CFO

Job Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Chairman

Primary Skill Set & Experience:

- Qualified CA/MBA+CFA

- Heading Business unit as CFO or Dy. CFO

- 18yrs + experience, including five years of supervisory responsibility.

- Manage relationships and discussion with all outside partners including auditors, bankers

- Assist chairman in Investor relationship

- Experience in IT audits; Corporate accounting experience, including overheads and payroll.

- Professional experience in Auditing and Auditing process

- Preparation of business plans & Presentation to investor/banker

- Set up and manage teams for accounts, MIS and Budgets

- Experience in forecasting and budgeting.

- Financial controller or equivalent experience highly desirable

- Strong organizational and management skills.

- Ability to see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to produce deliverables.

- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.

- Ability to meet and establish deadlines.

- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Intermediate to advanced applications software expertise (Excel and accounting software).

- Experience in IT Industry

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player

- Managing the audit process

- Invoicing

- Tax compliance

Cash Management:

- Investments

- Managing banking relationships

- AP / Payments

- Collections

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Budgeting
