Summary :

Role holder will direct and oversee the financial activities of the corporation, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth manage the financial risks, keeping a track of the expenditures, structuring long term financial planning, handling both the taxation, Companies law and contracts, and investment issues, Procurement Strategy and Legal compliance.

Duties/Responsibilities :

- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.

- Analyzes financial statements, and prepares reports and recommendations to Top Management and the Board of Directors concerning financial performance.

- Annually creates a capital plan that aligns with overall business plans and strategies, and reviews the capital plan with Top Management and the Board of Director.

- Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.

- Reviews the planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.

- Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.

- Works with the CMD and Board Members to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.

- Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.

- Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.

- Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.

- Work with the Procurement Head and develop a balanced procurement performance scorecard.

- Responsible for leading new investment initiatives, such as deciding on whether to proceed with new acquisitions or capital expenditures (CapEx).

- Establish governance on legal matters , oversee the Contracts and Legal Risks. Collaborate with all the stakeholders and communicate areas of risk and value and take strategic business decisions.
