CFO for a PE funded company in the consumer internet space :

Job responsibilities:

- Handling investor relations

- Making business plans for valuations and fund-raising through private equity

- Handling treasury functions, business plans & budgeting

- Controller functions

Job requirements :

- CA plus MBA with 10 years of work experience post-CA

- Experience in raising funds through private equity and/or IPO / Nasdaq

- Experience in valuation and due diligence

- Should have exposure to controller function even if for a short while
