Chief Financial Officer - Infrastructure Firm

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in power or infra industry handling leadership in Finance and Accounts function

- Proven track record in financial management and fundraising.

- Extensive experience in securing debt funding for working capital from Indian banks and financial institutions.

- Successfully secured funds exceeding Rs 1000 Crores.

- Proficient in managing relationships and negotiations with large consortiums of banks, with a focus on Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

- Demonstrated success in raising equity funding from Venture Capitalists (VCs) and Private Equity (PE) firms.

- Hands-on experience in managing structured financing.

- Accountable for audit processes related to financial management.

- Exceptional control over internal systems and processes.

- Strong ability to navigate and optimize financial operations.
