- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and investments.
- Strategic planning and decision making, effective corporate governance, policy formulation, developing robust systems and controls, profitability and financial statement analysis, risk analysis and management, equity participations, asset building and safeguarding.
- Fund raising through appropriate and economic means, Manage and control Banking/treasury functions, coordinating, communicating & liaising with banks and FI's for TL project financing compliance, cost reduction etc.
- Leading and coordinating effective MIS, Business plans, Budgets,Costing financial planning & forecasting, cost controls and Internal audit.
- Project monitoring and control activities (including adherence to budgets, risk analysis, cash flow monitoring, profit margins and contributions).
- Strong commercial acumen & contractual understanding and compliance within legal framework.
- Resource Optimization, management and cost controls.
- Responsible for profitability analysis, cost benefit analysis and cost control measures to ensure viability of various Projects and Services
- Supervise acquisitions and negotiate acquisition terms and conditions
