CFO position with start-up in housing finance industry

There is an excellent career opportunity with our start-up client in Housing Finance.

Position: Chief Financial Officer

Location:- Western line, Mumbai (6 days working org.)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Overall financial management of the firm, internal control, and compliances

2. Managing relationship with financial institutions

3. Fund mobilization and management

4. Managing Financial Operations and cash flow and funds flow

5. Tax management

6. Managing finance & accounts

7. Budgeting, forecasting, cost & credit control,

8. Establish and streamline processes, systems, and financial management framework.

9. Asset/liability management strategy development, execution, and reporting

Qualifications :

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years- experience in financial services industry.

2. Additional Qualifications like CS is useful.

Competencies :

1. Good knowledge of all the regulations impacting Financials

2. Strong grasp of various aspects of finance and an analytical ability

3. IT savvy.

4. Can be from services industry, leading developers, mortgage or micro business firms,

5. Should have managed finance of more than 1000 crores or even 5000 crores.

6. Should have mobilized funds from the local and global market, preferably from a listed company.
