1. Job Summary :

Supervises all ongoing financial and accounting operations and related duties in daily

administration of Finance Department.

2. Duties and Responsibilities :

KEY DELIVERABLES :

- Mobilization of funds for Project Construction and Operations.

- Monitoring the Cost of Project.

- Liaising with bankers

- Evaluation of New projects, Due Diligence

- To organize and control an accounting system which ensures accurate management of the hospital financial affairs.

ROUTINE JD :

- To disburse all funds for payroll, operating and capital expenditures, and all other major disbursements on behalf of the hospital.

- To provide top management with monthly financial, operating statements, operational analysis, key performance indicator and quality assurance reports.

- To analyze variances noted between actual and budgeted results on a monthly basis and to notify management and departmental heads on the variances noted in their respective departments

- To look into cost containment exercise.

- To prepare and submit the annual financial business plan for the Board of Directors review and approval

- To supervise external auditing firm for audit of financial accounts.

- To work closely with various departmental heads in meeting their budgetary constraints

- To assist in preparing Board Paper for capital expenditure requisition.

- To provide input for modification / enhancement to MIS for accounting and management data output.

- Monitor fixed assets and all financial documents as necessary.

- To recommend, design and implement any necessary departmental controls.

- To perform other functions as assigned by management from time to time.

3. Experience / Knowledge Requirements

- Minimum 15 years working experience in hospitals

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Organized and methodical
