Chief Financial Officer - Healthcare

Our client is a series B funded Healthcare company. The venture is well-backed and funded by marque global investors and is looking to hire a CFO.

The responsibilities are as follows and includes proficiency in Working Capital Management, Auditing and Taxation, Mergers and Acquisition, Risk Analysis, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Banking Relation Management, Fund Raising, IPO Readiness and Listing, ERP Management

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

- Engage with the founders and the board of directors on the Annual Operating Plan of the company and enable its delivery

- Track revenue and cost structure of the organization and proactively highlight risks

- Oversee monthly performance analysis reports/ dashboards prepared by the business and finance teams

- Rich understanding and strong experience in accounting principles and reporting standards

- Adept in corporate finance, debt raising and portfolio management

- Cross border finance experience preferable

- Direct working experience in Commercial finance/business finance strongly preferred

- Experience of engaging with cross functional stakeholders

- Experience of leading a large team directly

- Attention to detail and deep analytical skills

- Effective and cogent in verbal and written communication

- Proven ability to think innovatively yet drive tactical execution

- Driven, creative and enthusiastic to work in a fast paced and unstructured environment

Qualification:

- CA or MBA Finance with 12+ years of experience out of which 5+ years of experience has to be in a leadership role or as a CFO

- Experience working with healthcare company is a major advantage

- Prior experience in preparing a company for IPO is a must

- Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
