Chief Financial Officer - Healthcare

- Leading the overall finance division and align day to day strategies to improve overall profitability

- Streamline accounting functions and operations

- Lead the fund raising initiatives for the organisation

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, planning and controlling

- Hands on experience with both direct and indirect taxation

- Should have worked in compliance, legal and audit matters

- Active business partnering with cross functional team

Desired candidate qualifications:

- CA/MBA Finance (Tier 1) with 15+ years of experience

- Strong experience in investor relations and fund raising

- Prior experience in a start-up is a must

- Extremely strong leadership and organization skills.

- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and leadership skills
