Chief Financial Officer/Head - Finance - Logistics/Online Business - CA

- Financial Strategy Development: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall objectives and growth plans. Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and board of directors.

- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other key financial metrics. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that could impact the company's operations or financial health. Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard assets and optimize returns.

- Cash Management: Manage cash flow effectively to support operational needs, investment opportunities, and debt obligations. Optimize cash utilization and liquidity management practices.

- Capital Allocation: Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions to maximize shareholder value. Assess the financial feasibility and ROI of capital projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.

- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and reviews.

- Financial Systems and Processes: Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.

- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with other departments and external partners to drive strategic initiatives and business development opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.

- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. Develop talent and build a high-performing finance organization.

Qualifications:

- CA with 12 years exp

- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in e commerce / logistics, or transportation industry

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

- Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving financial performance and value creation.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.

- Solid understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.

- Proficiency in financial software and systems, as well as Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
