Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Head Finance  The incumbent shall lead the Finance function of the fast-growing funded FMCG company. Will own all the areas of F&A mentioned below as a senior leadership team member with the support of team:  1. Play a strategic role by advising management/CEO/COO on all the financial aspect of new projects/initiatives etc.  2. Controllership  2. Budgeting, planning  3. Management reporting  4. Implementing, streamlining, enhancing systems and process  5. Be a support to CEO & COO in the fundraising process  6. Ensure adherence to compliances including taxation, statutory compliances  7. Monitor, identify and communicate over expenditures   8. Preparation of business case after analysis of opportunities/concerns related to the proposal and coming up with the recommendations  9.
