Head Finance /CFO

- Former experience in comparable positions as a CFO for a group of legal entities (at least 3) with a minimum of 500 CR in Sales / 800 FTE's for at least 5 years

- Responsibility for the financial performance of the group and a proven track record of improving financial KPI including profitability and cash flow

- Responsibility for all financial functions and deep knowledge and expertise in Accounting (USGAAP, INGAAP), Tax (IN TAX Law!), Treasury, FP&A/Controlling and Legal

- Responsibility for Monthly and Annual Closing of all Legal entities, monthly and annual Financial Reporting, Annual Tax Reporting, Managing of Financial Audits, Tax Audits and Internal Audits.

- Responsibility for financial management of all business functions (Sales, Production, Development, Logistics ETC)
