Chief Financial Officer

- Ensure Functional alignment to organisational growth and monitor delivery on short term & medium term goals

- Effective utilization on CAPEX (timelines , efficiency & execution)

- To assist the CEO in developing the annual strategy to ensure the organization's success.

- To keep the Board informed on the financial position and other financial development of the Corporation.

- To lead the finance & accounting team in alignment with the overall organisational strategy

- To closely examine the Corporation's financial position, banking and financing activities and capital structure; as well as monitor the banking and financial covenants and hedging arrangements as applicable.

- To ensure the adequacy of the Corporation's insurance coverage at all times.

- To drive effective tax strategies & ensure compliance across the Corporation.

- To establish and sustain lines of communications with the investor community and managing investor relations.

- To constantly evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems for the Organization as per various standards.

- To ensure that effective internal controls are in place and take steps to enhance, where necessary.

- To coordinate the preparation of the Corporation's financial statements and lead financial discussion and analysis (annual and interim)
