Job Description : Opportunity to lead the finance function of a rapidly growing firm

Client Details :

Our client is a leading internet company backed by some of the most well known VC / PE players. Revolutionizing the space in which they are operational in, our client has now become on of the largest players globally in their segment.

Description :

Reporting in to the managing director of the firm, the role shall entail:-

- Participate in the fund raising activities of the firm, ranging from, but not limited to, evaluating new VC / PE players, investor relations and M&A

- Be responsible for the overall financial controllership of the firm and taking care of the accounting, taxation, budgeting & commercial functions

- Improve the efficiency of internal controls and processes and also implement new ones to facilitate the growth of the business

- Partnering with the MD of the organization to identify and evaluate opportunities for top line / bottom line growth

Profile :

- You will be a Chartered Accountant / MBA (Top B-School) with 15-20 years of experience, the latter part of which will be with a leading internet firm.

- You will have around 5 years of experience in leading the finance function of a firm with experience in the fields of fund raising, overall controllership & team management. You will also have excellent communication skills.
