- We are looking for a candidate for the position of CFO with an MNC FMCG firm.

Experience : 8 to 13 Years ideally last 2-3 years in FMCG manufacturing environment

Responsibility :

- Key Business Objectives and Philosophy

- Provide financial guidance and leadership to the Unit Management Team in delivering their business objectives.

- Ensure robust business strategies are identified and executed, as well as initiate, develop and lead programs to support strategic priorities and operational delivery.

- Ensure robust financial evaluation of all major business decisions such as pricing, capital investment and returns on promotional and marketing budgets.

- Ensure appropriate financial controls and risk management processes exist and are executed.

- Ensure financial statements are fully compliant with all appropriate accounting standards and corporate reporting requirements are met in a timely and high quality way.

- Manage and develop a team of direct reports, providing leadership to develop the engagement, capabilities and talent pipeline of the finance division.

- Member of the Unit Management Team responsible for developing and delivering the business objectives. May also be the external representative of the legal unit to 3rd parties and authorities.

People Management and Engagement :

- Build, manage and lead effective team by attracting, developing, retaining and motivating high-calibre associates in line with the P&O strategy of the unit.

- Ensure associates know their roles and responsibilities, performance standards and expectations.

- Be the centre of expertise for own team by sharing knowledge, mentoring and training them on the skills aligned with their development objectives, constantly develop and leverage capabilities within S&F function.

Provide a world class Financial Operations :

- Provide stewardship of organizational assets and ensure that the organization is compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure processes are lean and agile, and associates are enabled to focus on making right decisions.

- Ensure the financial transactions have the proper documentation and are in accordance with the control environment expectations.

- Ensure information is prepared fairly, honestly, and in accordance with relevant professional standards.

- Develop and implement tax planning and management actions in line with business objectives, Group tax policies and local tax regulations.

- Effectively manage units treasury system and forex operations by implementing best local practices in line with Group policies, influence on bank relationship, establishing suitable standards and managing appropriately currency risks.

Contributing to a High-Performing Business :

- Lead, guide and develop the team of sales and plant co-pilots to move from spreadsheets and reports to Scenario and Recommendations.

- Build the effective process of high-quality Operating Plan development that fits business purposes in close partnership with the management team.

- Leverage reporting, financial shaping, modelling and forecasting activities to bring value added insights to the business, both on Sales & Marketing as well as in the area of factory budget and product costing.

- Be an active contributor to the development and deployment of the unit strategy through the Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP+) in particular by reviewing and challenging Demand forecasting and leading the Internal Review Reconciliation (IRR) and Management Business Review (MBR).

- Balance short-term concerns and pressures, such as managing cash, liquidity, profitability, long-term vision
