Chief Financial Officer - FMCG - CA

Looking for a Chief Financial Officer for Africa Location.

Qualification - CA

Must have experience in SAP for more than 5 years.

Proactively manage cash flow :

- Manage financial capital; communicate capital requirements/ implications of business decisions to the CEO

- Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on management of working capital

Define the financial strategy :

- Drive the annual budget process and the monthly reporting

- Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing business strategy

IT :

- Partner with the IT department to procure specialized finance IT systems that meet the needs of the organization.

Develop and implement a risk management policy :

- Expand financial reporting systems to determine daily and weekly gross profit estimates streamline financial functions and provide self-service reporting and analysis

- Outperform financial objectives and create sustainable value embed a 360-degree view of enterprise performance with agile budgeting and actionable profitability reporting

Lead financial aspects of potential M&A activity: 

- Lead the financial evaluation of mergers and acquisition candidates

- Structure, negotiate and finalize purchase agreements - Lead systems integration efforts
